A man beat his 79-year-old father to death in their Queens home on Monday, police and sources said.
The men argued in the home on 43rd Ave. near 108th St. in Corona before the 47-year-old man repeatedly struck his own dad with his fists, they added.
Around 1:20 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a dispute at the address, where they discovered the elderly man badly beaten.
Medics rushed him to Elmhurst Hospital Center, but he could not be saved.
The younger man was taken into custody. Charges against him were pending Monday.
The victim’s name was not immediately released.
