Jannik Sinner withdraws from Madrid Open through injury scare ahead of Roland Garros


Jannik Sinner has pulled out of the Madrid Open ahead of his quarter-final contest against Felix Auger-Aliassime. The Italian had cast doubt over his participation following his last-16 victory, as he’s been struggling with a hip injury. He now has less than a month to recover for the French Open.
