Yankee ace Gerrit Cole will undergo an MRI on his right elbow after having difficulty recovering between starts, manager Aaron Boone told reporters Monday.
Cole, 33, is coming off of his first Cy Young season, in which he pitched 209 innings on a 2.63 ERA with a 0.981 WHIP.
