‘Criminal!’ Woman sparks fury after revealing controversial office lunch

A woman has sparked controversy after sharing her unusual office lunch – and it’s left some people furious. Sharing the photo on social media platform X, Anya Chappell wrote: “Feels illegal on a Tuesday”. Anya had opted for a full roast dinner for her lunch, complete with all the trimmings.

She even went as far as to eat it at her desk, with the picture showing her keyboard and computer screen behind the bulging plate of food.

And it appears not everyone is a fan of the choice, with one person calling it “criminal” to have a roast dinner in the office.

Under the username @FB_villa, he wrote: “This is f****ng criminal man. Nobody cares that it’s on a Tuesday you can not pull out a full roast in an office.”

The response received a lot of support, with more than 94,000 people agreeing. But Anya stood firm and simply responded: “Yes I can and I will.”

Some had more of an issue with the brussel sprouts on the plate, writing: “Brussel sprouts in the office is WILD Anya.” A third wrote: “How are you just scranning that in an office on a Tuesday.”

Anya confirmed she had in fact brought it in from home and “heated it up in the microwave”. And while some criticised the plate, others showed their support. Ex-Apprentice star Thomas Skinner wrote: “That looks absolute guvna! Enjoy!”

And Anya took the comments in good faith, writing: “Brilliant how many people this is gonna upset.”
