MANCHESTER UNITED have gone level on points with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League with a 2-1 win against West Ham on Sunday.

Jesse Lingard scored a superb 89th-minute strike for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side before substitute Mark Noble missed a last-gasp penalty.

West Ham opened the scoring at the London Stadium in the 30th minute when Said Benrahma’s optimistic effort deflected off Raphael Varane.

But Man Utd were back on level terms just five minutes later thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo, converting a neat Bruno Fernandes delivery.
