The alleged offences are reported to have taken place between January and February last year when Couzens was a Metropolitan Police officer. Rosemary Ainslie, Head of the CPS Special Crime Division, said: “Following a referral of evidence by the Metropolitan Police, the CPS has authorised four charges of indecent exposure against Wayne Couzens.
“He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 13 April.”
Ms Everard was raped and killed in March last year.
Couzens is serving a whole-life sentence for her abduction, rape and murder.
