Vladimir Putin's desperate plot to force thousands more Russians to join the army revealed

Recent developments in Russia have unveiled a concerning move by Vladimir Putin to initiate a new round of military mobilisation, targeting individuals between the ages of 18 and 30.

The revelation, shared by Vyacheslav Gimadi, an associate of former Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, has sparked alarm among the population.

“Conscription into the army will begin on Monday, now from 18 to 30 years old. Therefore, it is advisable if in a risk group: do not live according to registration, do not open to strangers, remote work/freelancing/vacation.

“I would like to turn over before July 15th, certificates/indications for operations, we bypass the military registration and enlistment offices,” Gimadi wrote on X.

The warning comes as more than 5,000 employees of the Russian online retailer Wildberries are undergoing scrutiny for labour patents, residence permits, and military ID cards.

Reports suggest that some migrant workers have been apprehended and transported to the military registration and enlistment offices.

Meanwhile, Russian authorities have attempted to link Ukraine to a recent terrorist attack on a Moscow concert hall, which claimed the lives of at least 139 individuals.

The Federal Security Service (FSB) disclosed the arrest of four gunmen in the Bryansk border region, alleging their intention to cross into Ukraine with undisclosed “contacts on the Ukrainian side.”

President Putin denounced the attack as a “bloody, barbaric terrorist act” but refrained from directly accusing Kyiv of orchestrating it.

Despite calls for decisive action in response to the incident, Putin did not announce any immediate measures, such as lifting the moratorium on capital punishment or escalating military actions in Ukraine.
