Tagovailoa joined his Florida side in 2020 as the fifth pick in the first round of the draft.
And he has gone on to make a name for himself as a leading franchise quarterback.
However, Tagovailoa missed the run-in for last year with another injury.
It has led to talk of a potential stunning trade ahead of the new campaign, with Tagovailoa previously shooting down talk of an early retirement due to fitness problems.
The Dolphins have even signed fellow QB Zach Wilson following his New York Jets exit.
And any exit talk has been further fuelled by reports that Tagovailoa has put his current mansion up for sale.
He paid $1.65million for the swanky pad in Davie five years ago.
And Tagovailoa is now looking for almost double after listing it at $3m on the housing market.
The mansion, located in a gated community, boasts a lake, an outdoor putting green and even an indoor cinema.
While the area features amenities including horseback trails, tennis courts and a fitness centre.
However, Realtor.com claims Tagovailoa is not moving far away.
And he is instead looking to buy a brand new property in the vicinity after penning a lucrative contract extension last year.
Tagovailoa’s deal runs until 2028 and is worth $212m on top of a $42m signing bonus.
