Manchester United have reached an agreement on personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Manuel Ugarte, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Ugarte is represented by Jorge Mendes, who is also the agent of Leny Yoro and has a long-term relationship with United after orchestrating deals for several of his past and present clients.
It is said that Ugarte is open to joining United in spite of their failure to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
However, the Red Devils are yet to agree a transfer fee with discussions at club level thought to be ongoing.
