The bodies of a girl and a man in their late teenage years were discovered at Bothenhampton Reservoir off Wych Hill in the Bothenhampton area near Bridport. The coroner’s office has been notified of the deaths as investigations into understanding what happened to continue.
A spokesman for Dorset Police confirmed that at 10.11am on January 25, the force received a report of a girl and a man in their late teens being found dead at Bothenhampton Reservoir, Wych Hill.
He said: “There are no suspicious circumstances. Their next of kin have been informed and the coroner notified.”
