Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan spoke to Westminster leader of the SNP Ian Blackford discussing the vote of no confidence against First Minister Nicola Sturgeon. Mr Morgan questioned why the First Minister was not clear about key details regarding meetings with former First Minister Alex Salmond. Mr Morgan said: “Mr Blackford what I am struggling with here is Nicola Sturgeon seems to be struggling with severe memory problems.
“This is where she can’t remember absolutely crucial meetings when they occurred, they just disappear from her memory.
“Should someone with such memory problems be First Minister?”
Mr Blackford replied: “I don’t think there is a case to answer for that, Pierce.
“The First Minister has accepted that a meeting took place on the 29th March and she has corrected the record to Parliament for that.”

The GMB host interrupted to say: “How do you forget meetings that important?
“Also, when you then discover, from theses secret emails that have come out, that she ignored legal advice to pursue the claims against Alex Salmond.
“Her own legal advisers said it wouldn’t work and she racks up a half a million-pound bill at taxpayers expense to fight a case her own legal team said to drop.
“What does that say about her leadership?”
