Russian 'terminator' miraculously survives explosion after headbutting Ukrainian drone

Footage from the war in Ukraine shows the unbelievable moment a Russian soldier headbutts a drone and survives the explosion.

The video shows an overhead shot of a Russian soldier moving through a rural part of Ukraine.

The slow-motion footage shows the moment the drone makes contact with the soldier’s head, immediately exploding.

As the smoke clears, the same soldier is seen miraculously walking away from the incident.

“In the Special Military Operation zone, he head-butted a Ukrainian drone and remained unscathed,” reported Ridus News, calling him the Russian Terminator.

Russian war reporter Alexander Kots said the FPV controller had “mockingly” flown the drone close to the fighter before going in for the kill.

“Our fighter gets into a stance as if it were a boxing ring,” he said.

“The drone attacks and the soldier lunges forward and hits the drone head-on. There’s an explosion.

“The smoke clears, and our hero calmly walks off into the woods. How can you not believe that God is on our side?”

The footage comes as Ukraine continues its incursion into Russian territory.

Kyiv’s forces entered the country last week, taking numerous villages in Kursk and near the Belgorod region.

Thousands of Russians are now evacuating the region after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his troops are still advancing in the region.

He said: “We continue to advance further in the Kursk region from one to two kolometres in various areas since the start of the day.”

Zelensky added: “Now all of us in Ukraine should act as unitedly and efficiently as we did in the first weeks and months of this war, when Ukraine took the initiative and began to turn the situation to the benefit of our state.

“Now we have done the exact same thing – we have proven once again that we, Ukrainians, are capable of achieving our goals in any situation – capable of defending our interests and our independence.”
