Property experts Louisa Fletcher and Andrew Montlake returned for another episode of their podcast, The Property Show. This week the pair discussed everything from mortgages to house prices. Ms Fletcher also talked about how working from home might impact your contents insurance.
While Mr Montlake discussed the return of the 95 percent mortgage and why they are not just for first time buyers.

The property market has been in the middle of an incredible boom over the last few months, with prices remaining buoyant.
However, while this is great news for buyers and sellers, it does mean buyers have to be quick and organised.

“There still aren’t enough properties for everyone and there’s still so much demand,” he added.
Ms Fletcher said some of her colleagues in the industry across the UK are saying they could sell a property “three times over” due to high demand.
She also said a lot of the properties for sale don’t even need to be advertised.
Due to low supply and high demand, buyers need to have all their affairs in order before they start on their home buying journey.
She added: “It’s all about presenting the best case to the agent when you’re putting that offer forward.
“It’s about showing you are the best person to buy that property which may sound kind of counterintuitive because normally in any other walk of life, the buyer is the customer.
“But really, where we are now in these circumstances it’s all about putting your best foot forward.”
