The 36-year-old, who is already mum two older children – Theodore, three, and Gigi, one – is thought to be due this month.

“None of my pregnancies have been the same,” Vogue told OK! Magazine.

“I had very bad sickness with Theodore until 17 weeks.

“I was sick every day with Gigi until the day I gave birth. And this pregnancy I was sick at the beginning, then it passed and I felt great and now it’s back again.

“Instagram is very much only a snapshot of my life. I’ve been spending a lot of time in bed the last couple of weeks, but it will all be worth it in the end, it always is.”

The TV favourite said her kids Theodore and Gigi are growing impatient as they wait to meet their new sibling and said they will be incredible role models.

The Steph’s Packed Lunch star also revealed she has a hankering for the sherbet powder sweet Dip Dabs.

Speaking about her food cravings, she said: “Cravings wise, milk and Dip Dabs!

“I was having one every day and they even had them in my dressing room for me while I’ve been filming [her new TV show] Send Nudes for E4 the last few weeks.”

It comes as Vogue teased that she would consider having a fourth baby if it was guaranteed to be a girl.

Speaking on her podcast with Joanne McNally, she said: “I was in with my doctor and I said ‘I don’t want to have four kids but if I was definitely able to have a girl, I would consider it’.”

Vogue’s doctor then gave her some tips on how to conceive a girl.

The presenter talked about how clever her daughter, Gigi, is.

She said: “Theodore is quite clever but Gigi has all these words and is potty trained at 18 months.

“It’s insane. Girls win.”

Vogue and Made in Chelsea star Spencer, 33, announced that they were expecting back in October.

Vogue told Hello! magazine: “It’ll be the more the merrier.”

“Theodore and Gigi absolutely love each other, they’re always playing together.

“My sister Amber is my best friend and I want the three of them to be best mates.”

The Irish-born TV and radio presenter added: “Gigi doesn’t have a clue she’s getting a little brother or sister and I don’t think Theodore minds.

“He doesn’t really understand yet. If I ever mention the baby, he asks: ‘Is it coming now?’”
