Meghan Markle, 39, and Prince Harry, 36, have appeared in two preview clips ahead of the showing of their interview with Oprah Winfrey, 67. In the latest clip, the Duchess of Sussex opens up about the Royal Family.
In the latest preview, Meghan is heard speaking for the first time as she has opened up on her experience in the Royal Family.
Broadcaster Oprah asked: “How do you feel about the Palace hearing you speak your truth today?”
The Duchess of Sussex replied, claiming: “I don’t know how they could expect that after all of this time we would still just be silent if there is an active role that The Firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us.
“And if that comes with the risk of losing things, I mean… there’s a lot that’s been lost already.”
Commenting on the clip, body language and speech expert Judi James suggested the royal is living up to Oprah’s claims there will be nothing “off-limits” in the interview.
“After appearing in silent mode during the first trailer Meghan now begins to fill in the gaps with some speech,” Judi said.
“It’s clear from this new trailer that she’s not in denial mode in terms of Oprah’s dramatic assertions from the first pitch.”
The expert claimed Meghan showed her “desire to be heard” as she picked her words carefully when replying to Oprah.
The sit down interview is set to last for two hours and Meghan and Prince Harry are believed to discuss their time in the Royal Family.
In the 30 second teaser clip, Judi suggested Meghan’s speech hints at big revelations to come.
“There are hints of more to come here, though,” the expert told Express.co.uk.
“When Meghan talks about ‘things that have been lost already’ her eyes close and she shakes her head slightly to suggest ‘I could tell more’.”
