Solskjaer believes Amad, who joined up with United last month after making the move from Atalanta, is at the perfect club to develop his talent.
“Well we give them a chance to come to United and have a successful career,” he added.
“That is something we take serious and are good at. We like to give players a chance. Our fans, our history has always been about skilfull attacking players.”
Solskjaer also spoke about United’s development as a team, adding: “We’ve in periods been very good at counter-attacking, had good performances by defending deeper.
