TODAY’S installment of Lorraine was thrown into chaos as not one but TWO guests’ interviews were derailed by errors.

Firstly, Busted singer Matt Willis was forced to miss his studio slot after getting stuck in a traffic jam while Jason Manford’s zoom link went down as he was about to chat to host Lorraine Kelly.

First introducing Matt to the show, Lorraine explained that they would be conducting their interview from the back of his taxi after the star got stuck in traffic in North London.

The singer, 38, had been travelling to the studio to have an in-person chat with the Scottish presenter when his car came to a stand-still for over an hour.

Ever the professional, Lorraine ploughed on with the interview as Matt promoted his run in the national tour of Waitress alongside X Factor star Lucie Jones.

And while the host no doubt hoped this was the last of her issues, the show was then hit with a technical blunder with her next guest, comedian and Starstruck judge Jason Manford.

As Lorraine introduced the star to show, she was left explaining that his zoom link went down, forcing her to fill the air until he came back.

The comedian branded the situation a “nightmare” as they began their chat.

The blunders didn’t go unnoticed by viewers who took to Twitter to comment on the chaos.

Referring to Matt’s traffic jam, one viewer penned: “Geezer should’ve just stayed in bed and done the call from there ffs! 🙄 #mattwillis #lorraine”.

“Who is Matt Willis and why is he sat in the back of his car? #lorraine,” another cheekily wrote.
