The Brazilian has made 29 appearances for the Serie A side this season, chipping in with three goals and an assist along the way.
His assured performances have caught the attention of Europe’s biggest clubs including Juventus and Bayern Munich.
But Arsenal, United, Chelsea, and now Liverpool are keen on bringing the defensive stalwart to the Prem this summer.
Plus, the Prem clubs – minus Chelsea who are temporarily banned from buying players – have the economic advantage over their European rivals in the race for Bremer, the report concluded.

Liverpool were previously tracking Bremer but their interest waned.
However, it’s likely that Bremer will provide back-up to the Reds’ main centre-backs Virgil Van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, and Joel Matip if he moves to Anfield.
It will be a similar situation for Bremer at Arsenal where Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes marshal their back-line.
The former Atlético Mineiro star’s best bet for first-team football could be at United if he prefers a move to England.

The Red Devils’ back four’s form this season has been catastrophic.
Club captain Harry Maguire has struggled to impose himself at the back during the current campaign.
His abysmal performances have led to calls for the England ace to be dropped for United’s bigger games by club legend Nemanja Vidic.
While Maguire’s defensive partner Raphael Varane’s first season has been ravaged by injury since his arrival last summer.
