King Charles offers public 'sense of stability' with updates from Buckingham Palace

King Charles’s efforts to be seen are providing a “sense of stability” for the British public over concerns about their monarch.

The monarch, 75, has pulled back from his public-facing duties since being diagnosed with cancer but is still making it a point to be seen.

Her co-host agrees saying the updates go “a long way in easing the minds of the public.”

Robinson commends the Palace for “sharing more details” about the Royal Family and brings attention to this being a “relatively new thing.” She feels like the Palace being “more open” is a way to educate the public about what’s going on with the family.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwililams recently appeared on GB News, and addressed the same topic: the Palace sharing updates and finding balance.

During the segment, he said: “Royals are human beings, of course, but on the other hand, it’s only sensible to keep us informed to a certain degree.”

He added: “It is the argument of where that degree begins and ends, and I’m not suggesting weekly or monthly, but I do think we should be more informed on the whole.”
