Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, 39, and Prince William, 38, have spoken out about ending the stigma around mental health just days after it was revealed Prince Harry, 36, has landed a job at Silicon Valley mental health company BetterUP.
The younger members of the Royal Family are all passionate campaigners for mental health organisations and Kate and Wiliam’s latest clip shows them at their best, a body language expert has claimed.
The short clip was shared by charity Time to Change on Twitter with the message: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have shared a message thanking everyone who has been part of Time to Change’s campaign to end mental health stigma.
“Find out how you can continue to be involved here.”
Speaking in the video that was filmed at Anmer Hall, Prince William said: “We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has shared their experiences and taken action through Time to Change, helping to challenge the stigma which surrounds mental health.”

Kate added: “We cannot afford to stop here” and William continued: “We need to keep talking, keep taking action and continue to stand up to the stigma.”
Body language expert and author Judi James analysed the clip for Express.co.uk and shared her findings.
Judi said: “Kate and William are championing the cause of mental health here, just as Harry’s new job at a Silicon Valley mental health company was announced earlier this week.
“The cause looks close to all of their hearts and William and Kate form an impressive double-act here as they speak on the subject.
Despite having markedly different body language traits, Kate and William still manage to compliment each other, Judi claimed.
She said: “In many ways, their body language forms a contrasting but complementary fit.
“William’s steepled brows, head tilt and pulled-in lips signal genuine concern and empathy while Kate uses a series of emphatic gestures as well as a smile to add a more upbeat note that is aimed at stirring us into action.
“Her hands part as soon as she speaks and there is a slight torso-bounce to suggest a very active approach.”
The Cambridges similar mindset comes through in the way they mirror one another, according to Judi.
She added: “Underlying all this though there is their signature mirroring that shows how close they are as a couple and how alike their thinking is.
“Their body language aligns well and there really are none of the signals of jealousy or competitiveness that blighted William’s parent’s marriage.
“There is also a degree of humility in their shared gesticulation here.
“Both William and Kate use a hand clasp and when they do their fingers and especially their thumbs move quickly and constantly in a shared self-comfort gesture.”
Kate and William’s passion comes through strong in their latest joint video message, Judi claimed.
She concluded: “This is especially emphatic with this message, suggesting some real anxieties and passion for their cause plus a desire to get it right when they promote it.”
