This system will mean asylum seekers will have to wait in Mexico for U.S. immigration hearings. The President brought an end to Mr Trump’s Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) after being inaugurated in January.

But following a ruling from the federal judge, Joe Biden is being forced to reintroduce the measures due to not following proper procedure.

Donald Trump recently spoke with Nigel Farage in a tell-all interview for the first time with foreign press in over a year.

The interview took place on GB News and gave a fascinating insight into the life of the former President now – and his views on various subjects across the world.

The 75-year-old took aim at Joe Biden for removing a bust of Winston Churchill in the White House.

Mr Trump told the former Brexit Party leader: “Why would you do that with Winston Churchill and you’re trying to get along with your country?

“It’s such a token, but such an important token,

“It was there. I looked, he was very handsome.”

The Donald also ridiculed the US for their decision to take troops out of Afghanistan – a decision which majorly backfired in the country.

He told Nigel Farage: “If you look at what’s going on and Afghanistan with the withdrawal, which was, I think, the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country and you look at our borders, what’s happening with our borders.

“We did it in less than nine months.

“People said it was gonna take five years to 12 years and probably wouldn’t work.”

He continued: “They work incredibly well.

“Some people don’t want to take them and that’s their freedom and that’s what we have to do.

“But people don’t want to take them because they don’t trust Biden, and they don’t trust the administration.

“We had none of that, everybody was fighting to take them, and we were doing great.”
