The British star showed off her toned abs, slim waist and athletic legs while showing fans her new fitness regime.

She wrote alongside the clip: “Back in the gym after all my travels! ? Exercising using @Gyrotonic with @jeenymiller, working on abs and rotation in my hips/spine whilst doing weights for my arms. ?? Working hard! ⁣

“Also I can’t rave enough about my new favourite workout outfit from @vuoriclothing! It feels like a second skin, so comfortable. ?

“What do you like doing to work up a sweat? ??‍♀️

The star showcased her flexibility by lifting and rotating her legs and working on her upper body using weights.

She wore minimal makeup and tied her stunning tresses into a low ponytail.

Jane’s fans were left seriously impressed by her trim physique and ageless beauty.

One wrote: “Wow, soooooo athletic ?.”

Another posted: “You looks gorgeous! Incredible figure.❤

A third shared: “Omg!!! You look amazing!!! ??

The mum-of-four has been attending Pilates classes for 30 years and has previously spoken out about how she works on her core with isometric exercises to maintain her shape.

“With isometrics, you’re isolating and engaging the stomach muscles to strengthen them. It has given me really strong stomach muscles, and I have a longer, leaner look than before,” she previously told Lifetime.

“I have a hot shower before I exercise. I get on the treadmill for 10 minutes to half an hour, and I also do light weights very carefully,” she added.

Last year, Jane revealed that her four marriages failed after all four husbands left her for other women.

Jane divulged to People of her previous marriages: “I was married to men who had different issues, and I never ended the marriages — they did, by finding other people!”

The former Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star advised anyone going through a marriage breaking up: “The sooner you can accept it, the better for you and others.

“And then when you look out from yourself and look around to see what other people are suffering or challenged by, you realize what you have is minimal compared to other people’s challenges.”

The actress went on: “And so for me, I was really brought up to see what I could do for others because that would give me a sense of purpose. When I had a sense of purpose, I was able then to deal with what I had to deal with.”
