The charges were menacing and assault in the fourth degree. The Lane County (Oregon) District Attorney told Entertainment Tonight and People Bryan was sentenced to three years of probation with multiple conditions, including partaking in a batterer intervention program.

Six other charges related to an October incident – harassment, coercion, strangulation, interference with making a report and second counts of menacing and assault in the fourth degree – were dismissed.
