As the Government explains: “The Global Travel Taskforce will report on April 12 with recommendations aimed at facilitating a return to international travel as soon as possible while still managing the risk from imported cases and variants of concern.
“Following that, the government will determine when international travel should resume, which will be no earlier than May 17.”
With the new rules coming into force on Monday that makes holidays illegal, many are worried that a summer holiday abroad might not become a reality.
However, travel expert Daniel Pearce, CEO and owner of TTG Media, told BBC viewers today that Britons should continue to book in his latest travel advice.
