The victim was found with stab injuries on Lillie Road at 8:15pm on Friday. Metropolitan police said they believe the boy’s injuries are not “life-threatening”.
The force added that the attack remains at large.
Kensington and Chelsea Police said in a statement on Twitter: “We’re working at the scene of a stabbing at 8.15pm in Lillie Road, SW6.
“A 15-year-old boy has been taken to hospital. We await full assessment but at this stage his condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
“No arrest. Witnesses pls call 101 ref 6900/16apr or @CrimestoppersUK.”
