How to use cola to descale your shower head:

Shower heads can become clogged up with calcium deposits over time which make water spray all over the place.

It can also stop as much water coming out of the shower head, making for a less pleasant shower.

To stop this happening, remove the shower head from your shower and pop it in a freezer bag full of cola.

Tie the bag up securely with a cable tie or elastic bag and let it soak for around an hour.

You can pour around two litres of cola around the toilet bowl and let it sit for around an hour.

Gently brush the toilet to remove any stubborn marks.

The acids in the cola should break down residue and unsightly stains.

After an hour, flush your toilet to get rid of any remaining cola.
