British Airways flight BA1306 left London Heathrow at 10.39am and was expected to arrive in Aberdeen at around 11.51am today. But the flight has been forced to divert to Manchester due to a mid-flight emergency. It is not yet known what the emergency was.
AIRLIVE tweeted about the incident and said: British Airways #BA1306 is declaring an emergency and diverting to Manchester.”
One person said there are several cars around the aircraft after it landed in Manchester.
They tweeted: “Now BA1306 has landed Manchester Airport.
“Not sure the nature of emergency. You can find several cars are around the aircraft.”
