#ArrestFauci trending after doc ‘funded research that saw beagles eaten alive & stripped of vocal cords in testing’

#ArrestFauci was trending on Twitter Sunday afternoon after multiple controversies surrounding Dr. Anthony Fauci came to light.

Twitter users are using the hashtag to call out the prominent medical professional over reports that he used hundreds of thousands of taxpayers dollars to fund experimental testing where dogs were used as the test subjects.

One tweet read “We finally found someone who is worse than Michael Vick. #ArrestFauci”.

Another said, “If you don’t like what Fauci did to man’s best friend, just wait till you hear what he did to man. #ArrestFauci”.

The non-profit organization White Coat Waste Project has accused the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of funding a project that had beagles infected with disease-causing parasites in order to test an experimental drug.

Among the claims, reports said that as many as 44 beagle puppies were used as part of the cruel experiment in a Tunisia laboratory, The Hill reports.

“Our investigators show that Fauci’s NIH division shipped part of a $375,800 grant to a lab in Tunisia to drug beagles and lock their heads in mesh cages filled with hungry sandflies so that the insects could eat them alive,” White Coat Waste told The Hill.

“They also locked beagles alone in cages in the desert overnight for nine consecutive nights to use them as bait to attract infectious sand flies, they added.

The NIAID spent directed $1.68million in taxpayer money on these experiments, according to documents obtained by the non-profit.

Some of the dogs allegedly had their vocal cords removed to muzzle their barking.

At the end of the cruel testing, the dogs were killed, Fox News reports.

This isn’t the first time the doctor has been under scrutiny in recent weeks.

Back in July, Fauci apologized on behalf of the NIH in a letter belatedly acknowledging the National Institutes of Health’s support for virus-enhancing research adds more heat to the ongoing debate over whether a lab leak at Wuhan could have sparked the pandemic.

The letter came shortly after Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky said the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases lied in congress, as he shared a bombshell Intercept article on social media.

According to the documents, the US government gave $3.1million to health organization EcoHealth Alliance which went into research on bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Fauci originally denied the claims.
