Fiery moment a scowling Anthony Albanese brutally shuts down Peter Dutton: ‘Sit down boofhead’
Anthony Albanese has lashed out at Peter Dutton during a fiery question time – before Peter Dutton bit back.
The Labor leader was firing up at claims by Prime Minister Scott Morrison that his party did a ‘deal’ with the Greens on the carbon tax.
Mr Dutton then approached as Mr Albanese was starting to speak, igniting an angered response from the opposition leader.
‘Sit down – sit down boofhead,’ a scowling Mr Albanese spat at the defence minister.

The speaker then ordered Mr Dutton to sit down, where he continued to shout about Mr Albanese having a ‘glass jaw’.
‘If there was a standing order on glass jaws he would be in order,’ the leader of the house fired back, with Barnaby Joyce laughing hysterically in the background.
Mr Dutton then returned to his seat but continued to shout ‘glass jaw’ across parliament whenever Mr Albanese was speaking.
Labor MP Luke Gosling then asks Mr Morrison about his willingness to introduce an anti-corruption commission and whether it would investigate a minister granting visas to immigrants working for them as au pairs.
‘They don’t want an integrity commission, Mr Speaker, they just want to engage in the slurs,’ the prime minister responded.
‘Criminal corrupt conduct is the sort of conduct, Mr Speaker, that sent the former minister Ian MacDonald, Mr Speaker, to prison, which the leader of the opposition was a keen supporter of his.’
Mr Albanese was enraged again, demanding Mr Morrison withdraw from the stand.
