According to a local news source, on March 6, 2021, Larimer County police officers located a stolen vehicle in Fort Collins, a town located just north of Denver, Colorado.

The investigators spotted four people inside of the stolen vehicle and followed it to an apartment complex.

According to the local KDVR news report at the time of the incident, police turned on their emergency lights and made contact with the front and rear bumpers of the stolen vehicle to try and prevent the car’s escape.

However, the car, with Josh allegedly in the driver’s seat, then reversed and plowed into a patrol vehicle, nearly running over a deputy, according to police.

The vehicle operated by Josh allegedly drove forward into the other police car and sped away.

Shortly after, the stolen vehicle was spotted further down another road.

Josh allegedly had a second confrontation with officers as he drove directly at two sheriff’s cars, narrowly missing them head-on.

A deputy car cut off Josh and the car rolled over and crashed.

Josh was ejected from the driver’s seat and fled from the scene into a field on foot.

He was found in a backyard and arrested shortly after.

A second unidentified adult male was the only other occupant in the vehicle when it crashed, and there was no report of what happened to the other two occupants when Josh was first spotted.

The second unidentified party was not arrested.

Josh looked unrecognizable in his mugshot, as his face was covered in scratches, although he could still be identified by his lip tattoo on his neck.

He sustained and was treated for multiple injuries from the crash before he was jailed.

The now 30-year-old MTV star was booked in jail under a shocking seven charges.

The charges against him include attempted first-degree murder of a peace officer; vehicular eluding; aggravated motor vehicle theft; criminal mischief; driving under suspension; criminal possession of an ID document; and theft of motor vehicle parts.

Starcasm was the first to report that Josh, nearly a year later, remains in custody at Larimer County Jail with a bond set at $500,000.

Josh is scheduled for an arraignment hearing on March 31.

On September 20, 2011 Josh and his ex from 16 and Pregnant, Ebony Jackson, were both arrested on a horrifying charge of “failure to report child abuse or neglect” of their then two-year-old daughter Jocelyn.

According to Starcasm, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found inside the home.

Additionally, every room inside of the house allegedly “had human and dog feces on the floor, walls and clothing.”

The report continued: “The house was full of flies and in some areas, maggots.”

Allegedly, Child Protective Services took Jocelyn away, although Josh and Jocelyn were able to regain custody.

Ebony and Josh lost a son due to premature birth in 2011.

They welcomed their second daughter together in 2012.

In 2013, the couple divorced and Ebony suffered a second miscarraige.

After Ebony and Josh split, she welcomed her third daughter in 2014 and got hitched to James Baldrick, although they are now divorced.

Her most recent Instagram post showed her third daughter, Jae, smiling to the camera showing off her latest arts & crafts project.

Ebony appears to have moved on from both of her exes and posts photos with her daughters.
